We combine elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and supportive therapy into a personalised sleep retraining program.
Our users have access to an anytime online platform, weekly video group sessions with insomnia specialists, and a supportive community.
Personalisation is at the heart of our program.
When you join, you complete an assessment to help us understand your sleep problem, your health, and other relevant factors.
Based on this, we design a unique program tailored to your specific needs.
You will also get regular check-ins and reviews to help your progress.
The time commitment varies depending on your individual program, but we generally recommend setting aside around 10 minutes a day (an hour each week) for sessions, along with daily practice of techniques and routines learned.
Most users start seeing improvements in their sleep patterns within 2 to 4 weeks, but the timeline can vary from person to person.
Many of our members do the sleep retraining program while still taking sleep medication.
Should you wish to stop taking sleeping pills before starting the program, you should speak to your prescribing doctor.
