The one to one re:sleep program offers our most supportive plan combining individual sessions with a sleep expert with support throughout from our specialist care team.

Just like all our sleep retraining programs, it is founded entirely on techniques and approaches with strong scientific evidence for being effective in overcoming long-term insomnia and sleep struggles.

The program is broken down into 6 one-to-one video or telephone sessions with a sleep specialist spaced out at minimum over a period of 6 weeks.

In between sessions, you will have access to our specialist care team who will be there to support you day to day.

 

Your sleep retraining program:

  • A personalised sleep retraining program tailored to your sleep problem type, your health and circumstances.
  • 6 video or telephone, one to one sessions with a sleep and insomnia expert that you can space out up to 6 months.

 

6 months support from our specialist care team:

  • Support and guidance: Monday to Friday access with any questions you have.
  • Accountability: Regular check-ins to keep you on track and celebrate your progress.
  • Expert help: Access to a wealth of sleep knowledge to help you overcome challenges and plateaus.
  • Progress review calls: get further tips and strategies to progress better and quicker.
