In some very specific situations our sleep retraining program is NOT recommended.

This is why we ask everyone to complete an assessment before starting our program.

If you have not completed this assessment, you should not be joining our program.

Many of our members do the sleep retraining program while still taking sleep medication. 

Should you wish to stop taking sleeping pills before starting the program, you should speak to your prescribing doctor.

No, unfortunately our program is not suited to children, our approach is onlyadapted to adults.

The program should take no longer than 10 minutes of your time per day.
