About the re:sleep program
re:sleep is a sleep retraining programme for individuals who have been struggling with sleep for at least 3 months.
The programme uses a combination of complimentary psychological approaches.
We use scientifically proven techniques based on CBTi, acceptance and commitment therapy and support therapy among others.
The core program requires just 10 minutes of your time each day, and we have a supportive community in addition to multiple weekly live clinics with sleep experts.
Everything we do is backed by strong scientific evidence, and enhanced by a human approach to provide you with the support you deserve.
Most people who are suffering from a long-term sleep problem that has been going on for more than 3 months can benefit from sleep retraining and a program like ours.
However, in order to sign up to our program you will first need to complete an assessment, through which we can determine if our program is suited for your individual needs.

If your assessment resulted in us telling you that we are unable to help right now, we’re sorry.
We wish we could provide everyone with the help and support they need with their sleep condition, but truthfully our programs aren’t compatible with some conditions or situations and there are other options that will be better suited to your needs.

Our approach uses CBTi techniques which has vast amounts of scientific evidence showing its efficacy in treating chronic sleep problems.

In a 2022 internal study of 340 re:sleep clients (formerly Sleepyhead) who followed the program for 9 weeks, 94% of users improved their sleep duration, spent 89 minutes less time awake at night and took 29 minutes less time to fall asleep.
Some start experiencing improvements in their sleep in as little as 2 weeks… but for most people, deep, permanent changes in sleep can be seen anywhere between 4-10 weeks.
What is important to remember, is that this is not a quick fix.
We know how eager you are to get rid of your sleep problem once and for all, but it will require you to commit those 10 minutes a day consistently and over several weeks you see and feel those results.
Each day has about 10 minutes of activities and content to work through, and the program has been designed this way to be manageable alongside your daily life.

Each of our programs offer a 14-day trial for just £1 so that you can experience the program.
The core sleep retraining program is 3 months-long.
Our 6 and 12-month plans also give you access to our maintenance and support program to ensure you cement your results and continue improving your sleep even further, along with access to the Community Support group and Live Clinic Q&A sessions for the length of your chosen program.
If you sign up for the program, your confirmation email will state that the payment for the rest of the program will automatically be charged after the 14-day trial on day 15.
You can cancel anytime during your trial period by going to the subscription tab of your account section. Click here to manage your trial and cancel.
This will result in your account closing at the end of the 14 days and no further payment will be taken.
After signing up and paying £1 for your selected program’s trial, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will inform you that after the 14-day trial period, a one-time payment for the remaining and full program cost will automatically be processed.
This is a single transaction, not a recurring subscription, and it covers the entire program’s cost. Once this one-time payment has been completed, no further charges will be made to your account unless you personally choose to enrol on another one of our programs.
Upon successfully finishing your trial period and enrolling in our paid program, you’ll continue to enjoy full access to all of the program’s resources and tools for the duration that matches your chosen plan.
If you select the 3-month plan, you’ll enjoy complete access for the entire 3 months. Similarly, choosing the 6-month or 12-month plans will grant you full access to the program’s content for 6 and 12 months respectively.
None of our programs offer lifetime access.
Live clinics with sleep experts
Our live clinics with sleep experts are live online group sessions hosted over Zoom.
Live clinics are hosted multiple times per week and are the best way to have your clinical questions about your sleep-related health answered by the experts.
Our sessions are held on a video call, but don’t worry, you do not need to have your camera or microphone on.
Just type in any question you may have for our specialists in the chat box and they’ll be able to help you, or simply sit back and listen in on other people’s questions.
Yes, your trial period includes everything in the re:sleep program.
This means you get access to the live video clinics but also the community support group and the daily program sessions.
The support group and community
The community support group is made up of members on the re:sleep program, who are invited to join the Facebook group to share in each others sleep problems and experiences on the program.
The community is hosted on Facebook and as you progress through the program you will be invited to move up into different community groups so that your information and community is always relevant and supportive of your stage on your journey.
Our community support group is based on Facebook as their private group tool offers the best platform for people to support each other.
The group is private which means nobody can see who is a member, apart from other members.
Please note that if you do not have a Facebook account, you can easily create one by clicking here.
You will receive an email with a link to join your support group once you’ve signed up for the program.
The group is powered by Facebook and is a private group, meaning nobody but other members can see who is a member.
To join, you will be asked to enter the email address you used for your order as well as the order number. This allows us to verify you, as many Facebook users have pseudos or use a name that is different to the one on our system.
You will also be asked to agree to the group rules, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all of our community members.
Managing your account
You can access the program by logging in to your member area.
Click ‘My Account’ on the menu at the top of the website, to log in.

Enjoy a free 14-day trial of our program which includes weekly Live Clinics with sleep experts, and access to a supportive community.
You can cancel anytime during these 14 days if you decide it’s not right for you, meaning you won’t be charged anything further. Regardless at what point of the trial-period you cancel, you’ll still have full access until the end of your 14-day trial, and access will only cease once the trial ends.
You can cancel by logging into your member area, click on “My Account” and head over to “Subscriptions”. Locate your current program and click “Cancel”.

Your program will end on the last day of your trial.
You will receive reminders by email that your trial is coming to an end, and please note that if you do not cancel within the 14-day trial, the full program fee will apply and be charged accordingly.
