💭 Mindful Minute: Take your time and what does progress look like?

A little reminder from our lesson on anxiety gremlins a few weeks back: Progress doesn’t go fast – fast – fast... instead it goes a lot more like fast – slow – pause – backwards – fast – fast – pause… but it’s still progress. When things slow down or at times it feels like you’re going backwards, don’t let your anxiety gremlins tell you it isn’t working. This is a normal part of behavioural change and every time you remain consistent with your behaviour it is a step in the right direction.
