📓 TAKE ACTION! Write it down

Write down some of your barriers to treatment such as worries about waking others up or getting up in the cold for example, and add some potential solutions such as discussing the program with your partner and seeing what compromises you can come up with, or if they are willing to put up with it for a short period to resolve the sleep problem or having a hot water bottle ready if you have to get up in the night. Make sure you put all your solutions into practice!
