Well done on getting through the first part of this program!

If you have been following this program in it’s entirety, you may have noticed your sleep behaviours (evidenced by looking at for example, your wake up times on your tracker) have become much more consistent.

Don’t worry about what the actual sleep looks/feels like for now, because we are ever changing variable humans, and so it is unhelpful to over analyse your sleep from night to night. Trust in the process and be as consistent in your new sleep behaviours as you can be – remember if you keep changing your behaviour because of the previous night’s results, we won’t get anywhere fast!

We have to stay consistent, even when it feels uncomfortable. Ask yourself, did your previous tactics help long term? No, you wouldn’t be here if it was yes!

The next few videos are going to show you how to personalise your very own sleep schedule – everyone is different, this is where all that sleep tracking is going to come in very handy! Take your time – watch the videos to learn how and then you can start putting it into practice!
