A gentle one this week!

Whilst you continue with your personalised sleep program, I just want to make sure you’re still thinking about your future and how you might think differently when sleep behaves in the up and down ways it needs to. This isn’t about ultimate control, and, I know that when you learn this program it can feel like you DO have all the control over your sleep.

But let’s not be unrealistic, we don’t want to be following a schedule for the rest of our lives, we want to be more flexible and more relaxed about the whole thing, and still manage a level of sleeping that is reasonable and affective, but not perfect and untouchable (because that doesn’t exist – but I know you know that now!).

We are still here for you! And you are here for each other through your community!
