We’re thrilled that you have joined us at re:sleep and are excited to get started!

As you begin the program, we understand that you probably already know a lot about sleep, and although you may be familiar with a lot of what we’re going to share with you, you’ll see that our approach might be a bit different from what you’re used to.

Most sleep advice out there (e.g., go to bed at the same time every day) is created for healthy sleepers and isn’t the correct advice for fixing chronic sleep problems.

So while what you learn here may challenge what you’ve heard in the past, it’s important to keep an open mind and be receptive to new ideas. Rest assured, everything you learn on the program is backed by science and trusted institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Guy’s and St Thomas’ – we don’t just rely on stories; we base our guidance on robust scientific evidence.

At re:sleep we’re fully committed to helping you overcome your sleep challenges, but we also need your commitment. Think of this program as team work – we’ll provide you with the best knowledge and practices backed by science, we’ll tailor them to your unique needs, and we’ll track your progress and make adjustments along the way – but we need your commitment too.

You don’t have to commit to follow everything on the program 100% of the time, but to give it your best effort and apply what we teach you as consistently as you can.
