Well done on finishing your third week on the program – you’re doing great! We’d love to take a moment and check in on how you are doing.

We would like to ask you a few questions to helps us to keep track of your progress, understand your current sleep habits, and tailor our recommendations to your needs! We will analyse your results and give you a Sleep Score which will be sent to you via email. This is just a useful indication of where your sleep is at this stage in the program. But don’t worry about this for now, we will explain the score further in the email.
