Well done on finishing your sixth week on the program – you’re doing great! We’d love to take a moment and check in on how you are doing.

We would like to ask you a few questions to helps us to keep track of your progress. Once you answer the questions below, we will analyse your results and give you a Sleep Score which will be sent to you via email.

This score is a useful tool for us to better understand your current sleep habits, track your progress, and tailor our advice to your unique needs. The score does not represent how well or poorly you’re doing on the program – after all progress is not linear. You can go from seeing improvements one week to having a difficult week the next as your brain fights back and makes things temporarily worse. This is a very normal part of the process! But don’t worry about this for now, we will explain the score further in the email.
