Congratulations on completing your twelfth week with re:sleep! You’ve come so far and taken great strides towards getting rid of insomnia for good. Even if your sleep is not exactly where you want it to be at this point, you have the tools and knowledge you need to get back to healthy sleep.

We would love to take a moment to better understand how your sleep is at the moment. We will analyse your responses to the questions below and generate a Sleep Score which will be sent to you via email. But don’t worry about this for now, it will be explained further in the email.
