Congratulations on completing your first week with re:sleep! You’ve taken a great step towards healthy sleep.

To help us keep track of your progress and to ensure we know as much as possible about your sleep problem, we have a few questions we’d like to understand.

Answering them will help us refine a few points for your sleep retraining program. We will analyse your results and give you a Sleep Score which will be sent to you via email. This is just a useful indication of where your sleep is as you start out on the program. But don’t worry about this for now, we will explain the score further in the email.
