Equally, if you feel as though your program plan is long enough to complete the course but you’d like to stay with us longer to continue joining the Live Clinics with sleep experts and access the community support page, then you can join our Maintenance Program once your current program ends by clicking here.

I am in my trial period, how can I cancel?

You can cancel anytime during your trial period by going to the subscription tab of your account section.

Click here to manage your trial and cancel.

My program access is ending but I haven’t finished the course. Can I extend my program?

We know that sometimes life can get in the way, meaning you may have taken the program at a slower pace to accommodate your needs.

If you’re coming towards the end of your chosen program but need a bit longer to complete the course, you can sign up for a rolling monthly extension.

With this extension, you will be charged monthly and can cancel anytime.

You can sign up here.

My program access is ending and I've completed the course, but I'd like ongoing support.

If you’re coming towards the end of your program but feel like you aren’t ready to leave our community, or simply want to keep access to our Live Clinics with the sleep experts, you can join our Maintenance Program.

The Maintenance Program is a separate program and is only available to clients who have already completed a sleep-retraining program with us. It also includes access to the Live Clinics and the Facebook community support group.

You can join the Maintenance Program here.

Live clinics with sleep experts

How can I go to the live Q&A clinics?

Our live clinics with sleep experts are hosted over Zoom. You must book a seat to join the live Q&A clinics.

You can register either via the link in the pinned post at the top of the Facebook community page, or straight from your program where each week your invitation will be accessible as one of your sessions.

Simply click the link, choose the session (or sessions) you wish to join and register. You can book one week in advance.

You’ll then get an invitation with your link to the video session via email.

How do the live clinics work?

Our sessions are held on a video call, but don’t worry, you do not need to have your camera or microphone on.

Just type in any question you may have for our specialists in the chat box and they’ll be able to help you, or simply sit back and listen in on other people’s questions and challenges.

Can I go to the live clinics if I am on my trial period?

Yes, your trial period includes everything in the re:sleep program.

This means you get access to the live video clinics but also the community support group and the daily program sessions.

The support group and community

I don’t have Facebook, how can I access the community support group

Our community support group is based on Facebook as their private group tool offers the best platform for people to support each other.

The group is private which means nobody can see who is a member, apart from other members.

Please note that if you do not have a Facebook account, you can easily create one by clicking here.

How can I join the support group?

You will receive an email with a link to join your support group.

The group is powered by Facebook and is a private group, meaning nobody but other members can see who is a member.

To join, you will be asked to enter the email address you used for your order as well as the order number. This allows us to verify you, as many Facebook users have pseudos or use a name that is different to the one on our system.

You will also be asked to agree to the group rules, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all of our community members.

A post I have written on the group has been deleted, why?

The group has strict rules we ask everyone to adhere to:

  • Being respectful and courteous to others.
  • Being kind and supportive of others.
  • No discrimination, no politics and respect of everyone’s privacy.
  • No selling, promoting or advertising of any kind.
  • No medical or clinical advice or recommending any medical products.

If a post fails to adhere to the above rules, it will be taken down.

Sleep tracking

When do I need to start sleep tracking?

You will be invited to start sleep tracking within the first couple of weeks of the program.

Your tracker will be accessible from within your program at that point, and you should not start sleep tracking before this.

How should I complete my sleep tracker?

You need to complete your sleep tracker entries one by one AND from top to bottom.

Please ensure you follow this process as entering details in another order could affect the data calculation tables and your entries as a result.

Can I edit the data in my sleep tracker if I enter it wrong?

Some information can be edited by you from within your sleep tracker tab in your program.

If you are experiencing technical issues with your sleep tracker, we recommend logging out and logging back into your program to refresh the system, as this usually helps to solve the problem.

Progressing through your program

How long does it take for people to see results?

Everyone is different, some see results in the first couple of weeks, but for most people permanent changes in sleep physiology can be seen anywhere between 4-10 weeks.

What is important to remember, is that this is not a quick fix. We know how eager you are to get rid of your sleep problem once and for all, but it takes time and commitment from both sides to see great results.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the program each day/week?

Each day has about 10 minutes of activities and content to work through, and the program has been designed this way to be manageable alongside your daily life.

I’m going on holiday. How strict do I need to be with the rules whilst I’m away?

We know that life can get in the way; whether it’s a holiday, an illness, a social occasion or just that you need to take a step back for a day.

The program has been designed to fit around your lifestyle and we want you to enjoy yourself and take care of your wellbeing.

With that in mind, please don’t worry too much about your holiday. If you can continue to be consistent with any of your new behaviours and schedules, that’s great!

But your mindset and attitude towards the program and your sleep are just as important, so coming back when you’re ready and getting back into the program with full commitment is the best way to ensure your success and results on the program.

Can I pause my account or my program?

Your program cannot technically be paused.

You can however work through the program at your own pace, because we understand that life gets in the way sometimes. If you need to take a step back for a few days, or even a week or two, because of a holiday, illness or unexpected priority, that’s ok.

If you take a break for longer than one month, we would recommend going back and starting your program again to give yourself the best chance of success on the program. Don’t worry if this means that you need extra time at the end, we offer a rolling monthly extension plan to ensure you have all the time you need.

I’m doing everything on the program but I’m still really anxious about my sleep.

We know the program can sometimes feel challenging, and we’re here to support you on this journey.

The best advice we can give right now is to slow down and take a step back. Be kind to yourself, reflect on your goals and recognise how far you’ve already come.

We highly recommend joining the Live Clinic Q&A sessions where you can interact with the sleep experts and have your specific concerns or queries about your sleep answered.

It can also be beneficial to take a look at the Facebook community page, where people just like you, who know exactly what you’re going through, are sharing their experiences.

Even though your journey with sleep is personal and individual to you, you’re not alone in this.

I haven’t seen significant results yet and I’m worried about my progress. Is the program working?

There is no “quick fix” or overnight solution for a long-term sleep condition, if there was we’re betting you would have found it already!

However, you are finally in the right place to get support. The program uses techniques based on CBTi which is the only scientifically proven method for treating long-term insomnia.

We know it can feel relentless and that there’s nothing that will help, but we’ve worked with so many clients who felt the same way but pushed through to the end of the program, and were able to achieve their goals.

Keep up your hard work, reflect on your goals and remember why you came here in the first place. You placed your trust in us to help you with this, and we’re here for the support you deserve.
