Sleep Success

This time last year my sleep was in a terrible mess!! I have suffered with bouts of chronic insomnia for 28 years and have tried everything in the book to overcome it.

A friend read about the Sleepyhead Program on Facebook and I liked what I read about it. I felt I had nothing to lose!!

Re-training my brain was tough, but it was because Stephanie PROMISED (in one of her ‘live’ chats) that her method would work. After much perseverance I began to see an improvement and I have never looked back!!!

I go to bed at 12.30am and the alarm wakes me at 7.00am everyday. My sleep is now amazing and I feel fresh to start each new day!! Occasionally I have a blip but I soon return to sleeping well.

Wearing wax ear plugs is greatly helpful and investing in a heated throw is wonderful for those nights when you need to leave the bedroom.

There is no doubt that Stephanie’s approach is well thought out and for me the programme has been worth every penny. Her ‘live’ chats are extremely helpful , especially knowing that it’s not just you out there suffering day after day!!! Stephanie has great empathy and flexibility within the programme and I would not hesitate to recommend the Sleepyhead Program. I feel as if I have my life back….Thank you Stephanie.

This programme has helped me to: understand sleep better; understand sleep drivers better; understand poor pre bed habits; and mostly to understand that having one or 2 bad nights sleep is not as disastrous as I used to think it was. I think that for me that last point has been really helpful and prevents the sleep anxiety that was the precursor to poor sleep.

I realised on the programme that my sleep issues were not as severe as for some, however it was still something that I needed help with and the Re-Sleep programme really helped. I had tried most if not all of the other techniques you will hear about but none of them worked for any length of time. I finished the programme about 6 months ago and overall my sleep is better now than it was. I have not taken any medication to help me sleep since starting the programme. I still dip in and out of the content to help when I need it, I find this really valuable.

If you are having problems with sleep I recommend giving this a try.
