The course materials consist of videos and text that give clear scientific information about the nature of sleep, and reliable, evidence-based strategies to improve sleep. Stephanie dispels many of the myths of sleep hygiene, which we've all tried and know don't work. Instead there are a few simple 'golden rules' to follow.
